When scheduling your massage appointment, you'll be required to provide an email address. This allows me to send you a confirmation email with a web link to your scheduled appointment.
The preferred option to cancel is to TEXT 248-790-7995.
Please go to the Cancellation policy section for more detailed instructions and fees.
However, the confirmation email web link does enable you to cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 12 hours prior to the appointment. After 12 hrs prior to your appointment, you cannot cancel/reschedule through this website, and must TEXT.

You will also receive reminder emails 48, 24 and 18 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
You will receive 1 text message reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. (Please do not respond to that automated text message)
